Welcome to the Chattanooga State Community College chapter of UCW-CWA! At CSCC, we are working to create positive change for all staff and faculty on campus. We are growing and uniting faculty and staff from all different departments on campus! Our goal is to ensure that the many workers who keep our campus running on a daily basis have their voice heard!
We are fighting for living wages. Every campus worker deserves to make a wage that allows them to not only make ends meet, but to also live a comfortable, quality life. If you are interested in joining the union and our campaign, please reach out to us or come to our monthly meeting!

A dynamic group of faculty and staff at ETSU are growing the union and taking on fights for fair pay, racial justice, and a voice. We waged a successful campaign to defeat custodial and facilties outsourcing, are standing up for living wages, and fighting for real raises and full-time work for adjunct faculty.
